Torrie was one of wrestling's top performers. Wilson made waves in the fields of potatoes wheat and corn that Boise, Idaho is known for. Wilson began her profession as a fitness model, at the end of the 90s, she turned her attention to sport entertainment following a trip to WCW. It was during a time when she was with her former boyfriend. Scott Steiner later invited Wilson to wrestle in his ring. The industry was in existence for nearly 10 years. Wilson managed David Flair and The Filthy animals and Billy Kidman. She also was a regular competitor with WCW. Wilson started working with WWE when the company bought WCW, in spring 2001. It was one of the most significant eras in sports and entertainment, her talent for athletics coupled with her love of entertainment was perfect for WWE. Wilson was instrumental in WCW's efforts to break into WWE. She partnered with Stacy Keibler, an acquaintance, but sometimes rival, who was her primary partner. Wilson's involvement with WCW's women's WWE division was initiated after that invasion. Wilson had memorable rivalries, including with Keibler, Sable, Melina and Melina. She also took on her family's honour against the nefarious Dawn Marie.
